🚶 Your 5-Step Mobilisation Process

Map Your Territory

Identify 50 households in your immediate area. Focus on registered voters first. Use the Sustain Lagos app to check who has a PVC in your area.

Break the Ice — Listen First

Don't start by talking about KOH. Ask about their biggest challenge: rent? jobs? flooding? Then connect KOH's manifesto to THEIR specific pain point.

Use the Flip Chart

Show the specific pillar page that matches their concern. Walk them through KOH's specific commitment on that page. Make it personal and local.

Verify PVC and Polling Unit

Help them check their PVC status at voters.inec.gov.ng. Help them identify their polling unit. Offer to accompany them to vote on Feb 6.

Log and Report

Record each conversation in your mobiliser log. Report daily to your ward coordinator. Share successes and challenges so the team can support you.

PRO TIP: The most powerful thing you can say is a personal story. "I believe KOH will reduce flooding in our area because he already built the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge — he delivers, he doesn't just promise." Personal = powerful.

💰 For a market trader/business owner:

"Good day. I'm [your name], from this area. I'm talking to people about the election. Can I ask — what's your biggest business challenge right now? [Listen... they'll likely say: multiple taxes, no customers, loans, flooding] That's exactly why I'm here. KOH has a plan for exactly that. He will: [match to their answer] - Multiple taxes? → 'End the multiple-taxation system that's killing small business.' - No customers? → '2 million new jobs means more buyers in our markets.' - Flooding? → 'End annual flooding with modern drainage everywhere.' He already built the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge. He built the BRT. He eliminated ghost workers. He DELIVERS. Not just promises. On February 6, can we count on your vote for KOH — APC?"

HANDLING OBJECTIONS:
"APC has been in power" → "KOH is the architect of Lagos progress — road, tech, bridge. Give him the top seat to do more."
"Politicians are all the same" → "KOH eliminated ghost workers, built the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge. He's different because he has a RECORD — not just promises."
"My vote won't matter" → "In 2023, Lagos elections were decided by thousands of votes. YOUR vote is the margin."

✅ Election Day Checklist

Week before — confirm all your 50 voters:

Confirm each contact has their original PVC
Verify their polling unit location (print or screenshot)
Arrange group transport to polling unit if needed
Share your phone number — "Call me if you need help"
Remind them to wear comfortable shoes and bring water

Election Day (Feb 6):

Wake up early — be at your polling unit by 7:30 AM
Confirm all your 50 voters are awake and on their way
Stay at the polling unit until voting ends
Watch the counting — report any irregularities immediately
Photograph the EC8A result and upload via the Sustain Lagos website
Report final results to your ward coordinator
